Russell Rainey, Executive Director

Russell Rainey is a life-long entrepreneur who has founded and run numerous successful businesses around the world over the last 30 years. Russell was the founder and Executive Director of Musanze Inc, which ran the Musanze Opportunity Center in Rwanda, Africa where he lived for three years spreading the Gospel through sustainable, economic development. Russell is a former Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also the founder and Executive Director of Christ in the Tetons, America’s premier father and son adventure experience, based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Russell has more than 25 years of experience in high adventure leadership as an instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and as a guide for Exum Mountain Guides. His outdoor pursuits began in the Boy Scouts where he became an Eagle Scout. Russell’s other enterprises have included an outdoor-adventure retail store, a home building company, a computer programming company, a title and abstract company, and Rainey Designs Inc, inventors and manufacturers of mountaineering equipment. Russell and his wife of 32 years, Cheryl, have a 32 year old daughter, Brittany, who is married, a Registered Nurse and a mother of two boys. Russell and Cheryl also have a 30 year old son, Joshua, who lives in the Austrian Alps with his wife and daughter where he runs his internet development company for customers around the globe.

Doug Greenwood

Doug Greenwood is the Owner and President of DRG Builders Inc, a homebuilding and remodeling enterprise in Little Rock, Arkansas specializing in custom homes. Doug has had a successful business career in multiple sectors including banking, sales and construction. For more than a decade, he has generously volunteered his time, talent and treasure to help men become better men, particularly in delivering Men’s Fraternity in prison to convicted felons and in the community. Doug serves on the board of several non-profits, and he and his wife Kelli have two children.

Paul Chapman

Paul Chapman is the Executive Pastor for Missions at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. A former executive for a large high-tech sector corporation, Paul has helped start a few nonprofit organizations and serves on the board of several others. He leads a team engaged in local rehabilitation and development efforts in prisons, foster care, and inner-city and manages the Fellowship Bible Church Missions Fund which invests in Kingdom efforts around the world. Paul and his wife Lori have five children.
